William O’Bryant

William brings 19 years of sales/service experience to the table along with 32 years working in

and around manufacturing, this gives him valuable insight on how important having the correct materials are to keep production running smoothly and inventories low.


Cutting his teeth in manufacturing, William started with building rail cars, moving to the family packaging business sweeping floors then on to second helper and over the years moving to Operations Manager.  Working on a production floor moving to production management gave William insight to how each works and how important the flow of production is to any business. Using this knowledge and his philosophy of “business friends “over clients makes the clients needs first and foremost in all transactions.

April Keith

April is our Office Manager/Executive Assistant. April brings with her an impressive 20+ years of experience in office management, as well as a wealth of knowledge from her time in the HVAC, oil and gas, and quality control industries. April is a true asset to our team. She is a veteran of the United States Army.

Chad LaGrone
Chad has has over 17 years of experience in the HVAC/R coil industry and over 20 years in customer service and sales. He has experience in sales, administration, management, finance, purchasing, and design. From his experience, he truly understands the importance of the relationship, in business and in life. Chad graduated from Southern Arkansas University with Bachelor Degrees in Biology and Psychology. He then accumulated graduate hours at Texas A&M University Health Science Center. Chad then began his career as a high-end recruiter in the information technology industry. In 2006, he had the opportunity to return home and build GLA Sales, Inc into the business it is today. With the addition of Re-Coil Solutions, Chad is excited to offer all of his skills to give you the most complete, and enjoyable experience in all of your HVAC/R coil needs.
